Marry Olivia & James

What started as a chance meeting at a summer garden party turned into the greatest adventure of our lives. Every moment since has been a gift we treasure every single day.

2020

A Summer Meeting

We met at a rooftop garden party in June. James spilled his champagne and Olivia laughed — it was love at first spill.

2022

Adventures Together

From weekend hikes to spontaneous road trips, we discovered how perfectly our worlds fit together.

2024

The Proposal

Under a canopy of fairy lights in the very garden where we first met, James got down on one knee. Olivia said yes before he finished the sentence.

Guest Arrival & Welcome Drinks

Arrive at Rose Garden Manor and enjoy prosecco and canapés in the garden.

Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony takes place in St. Mary's Chapel on the estate grounds.

Champagne Reception & Photos

Mingle with guests on the terrace while the couple takes portraits in the gardens.

Dinner in the Orangery

A four-course dinner featuring locally sourced seasonal dishes and fine wines.

Speeches & Cake Cutting

Heartfelt words from family and friends followed by our beautiful floral cake.

We want to make sure your journey to and from our celebration is as smooth as possible.

Recommended Hotels

We have reserved a room block at The Grand Ashford Hotel (5 min from venue) and Countryside Inn (10 min). Use code SOPHIEWILL26 for a 15% discount when booking directly.

Shuttle Service

We are providing a complimentary shuttle from Ashford International Station to the venue at 3:00 PM. Return shuttles at 12:30 AM. Indicate your need in the RSVP form.

Parking

Free parking is available on-site for up to 200 vehicles. The car park will be supervised throughout the event and is a short walk from the chapel entrance.

Local Taxis

Ashford Cars (01233 123456) and Kent Cabs (01233 654321) know the venue well and offer competitive rates. Pre-booking is recommended for late evening returns.

Frequently Asked Questions

We love your little ones! Children are welcome at both the ceremony and dinner. We will have a dedicated children's area with entertainment and a kids' menu available.

Please note your requirements in the RSVP form. Our caterers can accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and common allergies.

We have a wonderful professional photographer. During the ceremony we'd love you to be fully present — please keep phones away. After the ceremony feel free to snap away and share with #SophieAndWilliam2026.

Doors open at 3:30 PM for welcome drinks. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM — please aim to arrive between 3:30 and 3:50 PM to be comfortably seated.

Yes. Rose Garden Manor has full wheelchair access, designated accessible parking and accessible toilet facilities. Please contact us directly with any specific accessibility needs so we can make proper arrangements.
