Our Story

How We Met

First meeting

Summer 2021

A Chance Encounter

We met at a small trattoria in Trastevere on a warm July evening. What started as a conversation over a shared bottle of wine turned into a walk along the Tiber that lasted until sunrise.

First trip together

Spring 2023

Our First Adventure

A spontaneous road trip along the Amalfi Coast sealed it. Winding roads, seaside villages, and the realization that we never wanted to stop exploring the world together.

The Question

On a quiet terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, with olive trees swaying in the breeze, Marco asked the question. Elena said yes before he even finished.

Getting there: The nearest airport is Naples (NAP), about 1.5 hours by car. We will arrange shuttle transfers from Naples and Salerno on the morning of the wedding. Return shuttles depart at 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Private car service is also available upon request.

Frequently Asked

Cocktail attire. Think elegant but comfortable — the ceremony is outdoors on a terrace. Ladies may want to avoid stilettos on the stone paths. Light fabrics and soft colors are encouraged.

Fly into Naples International Airport (NAP). From there, you can take a pre-arranged shuttle (we'll coordinate this), hire a private car, or take the SITA bus. The drive takes about 1.5 hours along the stunning coastal road.

Due to venue capacity, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. If you have questions about your invitation, please reach out to us directly.

Children are welcome! We'll have a dedicated kids' area with activities and a babysitter available during dinner and dancing.

June on the Amalfi Coast is typically warm and sunny. However, the villa has beautiful covered terraces and an indoor salon that can host the entire celebration. Rain or shine, we will celebrate!
