Every time a guest RSVPs from your wedding website, their answer automatically appears in your guest list. From there you can see who's coming, who isn't, review plus-ones, and share the list with your caterer or venue.
Open your guest list
- Go to your wedding website and open the editor.
- Click Guest list. You can also open it from the notice shown next to the RSVP section.
- The attendee list opens, showing every response received so far.
What you'll see in the list
For each guest who fills in the form you'll see:
- Whether they're attending or not.
- Their companions, each with their own details.
- Their answers to your form questions (for example allergies, menu choice or song suggestions).
The list updates on its own — there's nothing to do when someone RSVPs.
Open or close the form
When you no longer want to receive RSVPs (for example, once you've locked in numbers with your caterer), you can close the form right from the attendee list using the Form open / Form closed toggle. Guests will still see your website, but they won't be able to submit new responses. You can reopen it any time.
Export and share the list
The Export data button generates lists tailored to each vendor:
- Open the attendee list and click Export.
- Pick a preset list (catering, venue, transport or DJ) or build a custom one by choosing the columns you need.
- Send it directly via WhatsApp or email, or use Copy to paste it anywhere.
That way your caterer gets just the menus and allergies, and your DJ gets the songs your guests suggested.
Next step
Once the RSVPs are in, you can arrange guests into tables with the seating chart, available right from the attendee list. And if you haven't enabled RSVPs on your website yet, take a look at how RSVP confirmations work.
